Using professional automotive scan tools, VMZ Automotive checks all control modules for fault codes, live data irregularities, sensor issues, electrical faults, and system performance. This service helps identify: Engine warning lights Transmission faults Electrical and wiring issues Sensor and module communication faults Performance concerns or intermittent problems Once the scan is complete, we provide a clear explanation of the findings and advise the best repair options to get your vehicle running properly again.
Cancellation Policy
Workshop Policy At VMZ Automotive, we aim to provide transparent, professional and reliable service for every customer. To ensure smooth and fair operations, please review the following workshop policies: Bookings & Drop-Offs A booking is required for all services and repairs. Vehicles must be dropped off at the scheduled time unless otherwise arranged. Late arrivals may cause delays in completion times. Inspections & Diagnostics All fault-finding, diagnostics and inspections may incur a fee. No repairs will be carried out without customer approval. Quotes & Authorization All quotes are estimates based on current information and may change if additional issues are found. Customers will be notified before any additional work is performed. Approval may be given via phone, SMS or email. Parts & Repairs VMZ Automotive does not accept parts supplied by customers. This policy is mandatory due to insurance requirements, safety standards and liability coverage. Using our supplied parts ensures correct fitment, proper warranty, and high-quality workmanship. Special-order parts may require a non-refundable deposit. Payment Terms Payment is required upon vehicle collection. Accepted payment methods: EFTPOS, card, bank transfer, and Afterpay (if applicable). Vehicles will not be released until payment is made in full. Vehicle Storage & Liability Completed vehicles must be collected within 24 hours unless previously arranged. Daily storage fees may apply for extended stays. VMZ Automotive is not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles. Warranty Workmanship warranty applies to repairs carried out by VMZ Automotive. Manufacturer or supplier warranty applies to new parts we provide. Warranty is void if the vehicle is misused, modified, or repaired elsewhere on the same component.
